Thoroughly enjoyed our 16 day stay, and if the price is right again on our return to Rotterdam in 2 years, we will absolutely stay at PS: Rotterdam again. Looking forward to it! Great location, staff, comfort, space, facilities and a laundry on each floor = perfect. Our little home away from home.

Uitstekend, modern appartement met mooie ligging. Staff was erg vriendelijk bij check-in. Ik had een late checkout die niet goed was doorgekomen. Om 11.30 kwam er iemand aan de deur met de opmerking 'You have to checkout'. Op onvriendelijke toon, alsof ik in overtreding was. Ook bijzonder dat iemand aan de deur komt ipv een telefoontje.

Beste mijnheer Boutkan, bedankt voor uw review. Hoewel we met plezier vaststellen dat uw verblijf in het algemeen goed is verlopen, vinden we het jammer dat de checkout niet beter is verlopen. Standaard is de checkout om 11u00 en als uw aanvraag niet goed was doorgekomen, is daar verwarring ontstaan. Uiteraard is het de bedoeling dat we dit op een vriendelijke toon met u bespreken. Ik zal dit met het team bespreken en ik ga er wel vanuit dat het daarna alsnog op een goede manier opgelost is en dat u met een positieve ervaring uit onze serviced appartementen bent vertrokken. We hopen u opnieuw te mogen ontvangen in onze serviced appartementen. Simone van der Veen, General manager
